          Anders Høegh's Biography

          Norwegian fighter pilot of World War II trained in Little Norway in southern Ontario, Canada. He was stationed at North Weald Air Base in England. After the war, he was associated with the Air Force and received several military awards. For 20 years he was general secretary of the Norwegian Aero Club, became an honorary member and was awarded NAK’s gold medal in 1987 and NAK’s silver medal in 1971. He was active in Oslo Flyklubb and held the private pilot’s license no.376.
          Høegh ran the family’s horticulture business “Høeghs Gartneri” on Økern in Oslo that included several flower shops. He was the father of politician Annelise Høegh.
          Høegh died on 27 June 1989 aged 68.
