On the early morning of 4/28/1998, she went to Terry’s house where she found him in the basement, shooting up drugs. She wanted to make up from a prior fight, but instead, got into another argument. She went upstairs, got Terry’s gun, returned to the basement and shot him in the neck; pumping eight more bullets into him as he fell. On 7/28/1998, April was found guilty of first degree murder.
