Your report is generated as soon as you checkout. We'll email you a link for downloading your document. Alternatively if you created an account, you can find your download link in the Downloads section.
What if I'm unhappy with my report?
You can easily request a refund within 48 hours of placing your order if you're not satisfied with your document.
Is it printed or mailed to me?
No, it is a print ready PDF delivered to you. If you would like it printed, there are options at your local print shop or office supply/depot.
Can I purchase this as a gift?
Of course, just enter the name and details of the person when ordering, so we can customize the report accordingly. You can print it off as a booklet at your local print depot and give a physical copy to your friend or family member. Or you could just email them the PDF.
What if I don't know my exact birth time?
To find your time of birth, in most cases, it’s on your birth certificate. Make sure you have the long-form version. If it’s not noted on your birth certificate, ask anyone present at your birth (your mother). If they are unsure, check time stamps on photos or old videos.
