HumanDesign.ai is committed to understanding and addressing your concerns, and as such, we will review refund requests made within 3 days of the initial purchase, provided they meet the specified criteria outlined in our "Criteria for Qualifying Refunds" section.

Criteria for Qualifying Refunds

While we strive to ensure our users' satisfaction, it is important to highlight the specific conditions under which a refund might be granted:

Product or Service Issues: If the service provided by HumanDesign.ai fails to function as advertised or described, causing a significant inconvenience to the user.

Unutilised Tokens: If tokens purchased are not consumed or utilised within the platform due to technical issues.

Unauthorised Charges: Charges made without the account holder's consent will be considered for a refund. Proof of unauthorised transaction may be requested.

Other Extenuating Circumstances: Cases which do not fit into the above categories will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Please note that simply changing your mind about a purchase does not automatically entitle you to a refund.

Refund Process

If you are unsatisfied with our services or experience any issues, and have initiated a request for a refund, our team will review the details of your claim. Should you qualify for a refund, the processing will commence within three to five (3-5) days following the review. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.

It is crucial to note that any tokens utilised during your transaction will be deducted from your refund total at a rate of $0.20 per 1000 tokens. Once the refund calculation is completed, accounting for token deductions, the approved amount will be reverted to the original payment method you used for the purchase. The appearance of this refund on your credit card statement may vary based on your credit card company, but it typically takes 1-2 billing cycles.

In cases where we are unable to revert the refund using your initial payment method, due to unforeseen circumstances or restrictions, HumanDesign.ai will either offer an equivalent credit or propose an alternative refund method, ensuring you receive the approved value.

EU/UK Consumer Rights for Digital Goods

For our users based within the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your digital goods purchase without giving any reason within 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the agreement, unless you have given us explicit consent to start the delivery of the digital content, and have acknowledged that you will thereby lose the right to withdraw from the contract. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired. No Disparagement

You agree not to disparage us in any manner. For the avoidance of doubt, disparagement shall mean disparaging or otherwise making any false or negative statements about our products, services, members, managers, or employees.

Release of Liability

You, on behalf of yourself, and your respective heirs, estates, administrators, successors and assigns hereby unconditionally release and forever discharge HumanDesign.ai and its agents, employees, representatives, managers, members, predecessors, successors, parents, subsidiaries, assigns, and affiliates, and from any and all claims, causes of action, demands, obligations, liabilities, damages, attorneys' fees, costs, and expenses of any type and nature whatsoever, whether in law or in equity whether known or unknown, either existing or that may exist from the beginning of time to the date of this release.

No Admission of Liability

You understand and acknowledge that acceptance of any refund request by you shall be not deemed or construed as an admission of liability by HumanDesign.ai with respect to any dispute or any other matter. This Refund Policy shall not be used or construed in connection with any other suit or other proceedings as an admission or concession of liability.
