How to get into contact with support?

If you need assistance with your account, features, or any other queries, our support team is here to help. However, most questions can be answered but clicking on the “Help” icon in the top right corner of your screen (on desktop) and bottom right (in mobile). Or you can simply ask Bella any kind of question about the platform.

We even have a comprehensive documentation section on how to use the platform. Most issues with the platform can be resolved in particular by going to the troubleshooting section.

However, if there’s something we’ve missed and you still need help, we’ll be very happy to hear from you and help however we can.
