Trouble logging in to your account

If you cannot log in to your HumanDesign.ai account, try the following steps in order:

Step 1: Check your email and password

Make sure you are using the email address you signed up with. Passwords are case-sensitive. If you have forgotten your password, click Forgot Password on the sign-in page to receive a reset link.

Step 2: Try a magic link

On the sign-in page, click the “Sign in with email link” option. We will email you a one-click link that signs you in without a password. Check your spam folder if the email does not arrive within a minute or two.

Step 3: Clear your browser cache

An outdated or corrupted session cookie can prevent sign-in. Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try signing in again. On Chrome: Settings > Privacy and security > Clear browsing data.

Step 4: Try a different browser or device

If clearing the cache does not help, try a different browser (for example, Firefox if you were using Chrome) or sign in on a different device. This rules out a browser extension or local setting causing the issue.

Step 5: Check for a browser extension conflict

Ad blockers, privacy extensions, and some VPNs can interfere with authentication. Try disabling extensions one at a time, or open the site in an incognito/private window (extensions are disabled by default there).
