Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days and may take up to 2 billing cycles to appear on your card.
Q: Are memberships after a free trial refundable?
A: Memberships activated following a free trial period are non-refundable. We encourage users to explore the platform during the free trial to ensure it meets their expectations before committing to a paid plan.
Q: Can I get a refund for other concerns?
A: For issues outside the scope of the above policies, you can submit a refund request to support@humandesign.ai. Refunds will be considered if the request meets the following criteria:
- Product or Service Issues: If our service fails to function as advertised, causing significant inconvenience. Refunds will only be considered if our attempt to rectify the issue fails.
- Unauthorized Charges: Refunds for charges made without the account holder’s consent may be considered. Proof of unauthorized transaction may be requested.
- Other Extenuating Circumstances: Cases not fitting the above categories will be reviewed individually.
Please note that changing your mind about a purchase does not entitle you to a refund.
