What information does the chatbot know about me?

We understand that many people are concerned about the potential risks of sharing their personal information with artificial intelligence systems. That’s why we have taken every precaution to ensure that our users’ information is kept safe and secure at all times. We recognize that the more information we provide to AI, the greater the risk of that information being used maliciously.

To mitigate these risks, we have designed our service to limit the amount and type of information that the AI has access to. At present, the AI is only given access to your name, chart information and birth information. We do not share any identifying information with the AI when it interacts with OpenAI’s API, such as your email address, IP address, or any details that could identify you personally.

By keeping your personal information separate from the AI’s knowledge base, we ensure that it cannot accurately identify you as an individual. This makes it technically infeasible for the AI to determine your identity or link your personal information with any other data that it may have access to.

We want our users to feel confident and secure when using our service, which is why we have taken great care to safeguard their personal information. Our goal is to provide the benefits of AI without compromising our users’ privacy or security. With our service, you can enjoy the benefits of advanced technology while maintaining control over your personal information.
