Hey there
It’s been a moment or two since I was last in touch and I truly hope everything’s going well for you!
After the overwhelmingly positive response we got from our lifetime special offer, it became obvious there were a few issues to be solved before we could move ahead.
We got off to such an amazing start, our member list now sits at 3200 people and continues to grow, slowly but surely. There’s a few new updates, I’m itching to share but first..
It’s very important to me that everybody that uses the platform has an amazing experience. I understand in some cases that hasn’t been the case.
In order to streamline customer services we introduced a brand new support ticketing system for tracking and monitoring any issues. If there’s anything we’ve missed, please go ahead and create a support ticket. One of our team will be very happy to address any issues you’re facing.
Whats New
We’ve been busy behind the scenes improving the overall experience. As I mentioned in my last email, it’s been my intention to let you know what we’ve got planned. However, the priority is making sure what we already offer really works well:
- New faster interface
(now you can browse much of the site without closing your chat) - Voice prompting
(record your questions with your voice rather than typing) - Suggested prompts
(suggested prompts to help inspire you to ask the right questions) - Clearer quota management
(we’ve made it at lost clear when the quota resets, what your balance is and how many you’ve used.) - Brand new ticketing system
(reducing our support time from 2-3 days to 2-3 hours in some cases)
Feature Requests
Moving forward, I wanna make sure we prioritize developing the features that mean the most to you. That’s why we’ve introduced our feature request system where you can suggest ideas and vote on other peoples.
Ideas that reach 100 collective votes will then be considered by my team and I and will be implemented if agreed upon. Who ever suggested the idea will be given full updates and credit for the contribution so feel free to submit your ideas today! (you must be logged in)
Pricing
Pricing for our service has been really challenging. I understand there are certain frustrations that comes from having limits on the chatbot, I’m still trying to figure out a way to give a better experience all round.
There are significant costs incurred when using ChatGPT4 but unfortunately we have no choice. We tried 3.5 but it produced incorrect information. For me, slower more expensive responses are worthwhile expense for more accurate and reliable information. It would terrify me to think something I’d created was causing more harm than good.
We’ll be reviewing the prices over the coming month as we evaluate exactly how much the service costs to run in regards to whats being consumed. I suspect we’ll introduce bigger plans with higher quotas for heavier users but there may be some changes in the pricing structures.
Anyone who currently has a paid membership will not be effected, but any new members may have to pay more. We’ve had to increase the lifetime special from $99 to $147 before it’s increased to $247 next month and then gradually phased out.
