Pricing & Plan Changes

I hope you’re doing well and growing every single day. As our community has expanded, so too have the challenges and opportunities for HumanDesign.ai. After much introspection and consideration, I want to share some important price updates with complete transparency.

???? Redefining Our Path with Clear Math

Due to a surge in free users, we’ve been struggling to sustain the platform with our current pricing. We’d hoped for a better balance of paying members and free members, however, that hasn’t been the case – so in order to keep the service running we had to re-evaluate our model.

The cost price to use OpenAI’s GPT4 API is around $0.06-$0.12 per 1000 tokens and the average question uses around 3000 tokens to process. That means everytime someone asks Bella a question, it can cost the platform between $0.18 and $0.36 per answer. There is an immense amount of computing power used to analyse your chart and produce an answer that makes sense.

Fun Fact: Bella answered approximately 11,000 questions in August alone!

In order to make the platform viable, we have introduced some new plans. Here’s a breakdown of the pricing which we’ll roll out slowly in the next few days:

1. Starter Plan – $14.95/mo for 125,000 tokens. Around 30+ deep questions.
2. Personal Plan – $29.95/mo for 250,000 tokens. Around 80+ deep questions.
3. Professional Plan – $49.95/mo for 500,000 tokens. About 165+ deep questions.
4. Power Plan – $89.95/mo for 1,000,000 tokens. A whopping 330+ deep questions.

Each plan is carefully structured to ensure your journey with us is as expansive as you’d like it to be. We’ll constantly review the pricing, should our costs go down we’ll be sure to pass these onto our users without hesitation.

???? Additional Benefits

The new pricing plans come with an additional benefit: no more daily limits. You can use your tokens as fast or slow as you like. No more frustration waiting for the daily reset..

We’d also like to introduce a more immersive chatbot experience, beginning with giving Bella a voice. Having plans that cover our costs in direct relation to usage will allow us to add more features without worrying about the expense. Our users will be able to choose which features they want and need without impacting the experience for others.

???? The Reality of Free Access
The dream remains – to make Human Design accessible to everyone. However, our form of accessibility needs to adapt. The new structure for free access is 25,000 tokens per month, allowing free users to ask around 7-8 deep questions.

This is a significant drop from 10,000 tokens per day, but I’m hoping this is enough for casual users who might need an answer to a question here and there but simply cannot afford to contribute financially just now.

It should be noted that free users will always have access to the community and basic social features, free of charge. All users, regardless of financials status, are always welcome.

????️ Our Existing Personal & Pro Members
Current members will transition to the new Personal & Pro Plans. We greatly appreciate everyone who has contributed to the continued success of the platform so as long as your subscription is active, the cost will remain unchanged. The price change will apply only if you cancel and later rejoin.

I know for some this will mean as drop in the amount of tokens available per month if you a regular daily user, but I’m hoping anyone effected will understand our position and meet us half way. If you have any issues or concerns, please reach out us via the ticketing system.

???? Lifetime Members & A Token of Gratitude
Our earliest champions, those who embraced the Lifetime Special, will continue to experience the platform as a Pro member but won’t incur any additional charges or price changes. Your account will run as usual and should you need additional quota you’re welcome to purchase additional tokens. However, assuming you’re not too heavy a user, the 500,000 per month should be more than enough.

For those contemplating the Lifetime Special at $147, you still have 24 hours before the rate shifts to $247, leading to its final phase-out in October.
