New Collabs, We’re Hiring & Lots Of Gratitude

Hope you’re well, my friend.

I can’t believe how well last week’s newsletter was received and the tremendous amount of support that came from the community after my last email. It’s wonderful to know that many of our members are as passionate about our mission as I am and are willing to lend a hand during this critical stage of alignment. The caliber of people who reached out is top-notch. As a 4/1 (opportunist/investigator), knowing how incredible our network has become really feels quite surreal. To everyone who cares enough to understand yourself better, you’re an incredible being. HD attracts those of us with a desire to live meaningful lives, and having you here is a blessing.

Continued growth, internally and externally..

As usual, the platform continues to grow in alignment with my own energy, and we have finally climbed above the 6000-member mark. It still humbles me that all our growth comes organically, solely from referrals. It seems that the less we try to force things to happen, the better the energy flows. Thanks to everyone who supports what we’re doing; it truly makes a difference.

I reckon that when we hit 10,000 members, we’ll start to see exponential growth, building the world’s biggest Human Design community. Think matchmaking, collaborations, recruitment—you name it, we’ll build it. What an incredible force we will become in raising the collective consciousness by coming into alignment within ourselves and finding our purpose.

I’m sure you can feel this too, there.

One of the first members to reach out was a wonderful human being, Anja Žibert, a heart centered conscious Human Relations (Resources in old world speak) manager who’s founded her own conscious recruitment agency, FreeSpiritHC. She connects heart-centered humans with conscious businesses. Naturally, there was a resonance, so we hopped onto a call and realised a wonderful opportunity to collaborate.

I’m very happy to announce that Anja will be assisting us in building the dream team that will move the project forward. I trust her entirely attract the right people, with the right intentions.

Let’s Talk About BG5

Once we have a shortlist of suitable candidates, we are dedicated to building our dream team within the BG5 principles (the business aspect of HD). I’ve had conversations with a couple of incredible BG5 certified analysts who are eager to help us determine the necessary positions, identify the best-suited individuals for those roles, and ultimately guide us in building a sustainable organization that creates purposeful and joyful work for all our team members.

As Ra’s 2027 prophecies become more tangible, the old system continues to disintegrate. It is crucial for our mission to prepare the organization to flow with these transitions. The outdated approach of working hard to make things happen will no longer apply; the magic happens within our shift in consciousness.

I’ll announce more on this as things solidify.

As our business continues to evolve, leveling up and hiring the best people comes with increased costs. Finally, I’d like to wrap up this newsletter with a quick note of gratitude. Thank you to everyone who took advantage of our lifetime special** (see footnote) last week and before, and also to those members who have and continue to subscribe to our monthly plans. Your investment goes a long way, both into yourself and the collective.

To my knowledge, we are still the only Human Design platform absolutely dedicated to making this knowledge available to as many people as possible, irrespective of language barriers or financial limitations. While others focus on their bottom line, our mission centers around the question, ‘How can we make this information easy to access, understand, and digest by as many people as possible?’

We will continue to offer free access for those who aren’t yet in the position to pay, and continue to improve the feature list for those who have supported us. We appreciate you so, so deeply and wouldn’t be able to continue growing without you.
