From time to time, you may see announcement banners at the top of the screen or on your dashboard. These are messages from the HumanDesign.ai team about:

• New feature releases.
• Limited-time promotions.
• Important platform updates.
• Community events.

How Announcements Work

• Announcements appear as a coloured banner at the top of the page or as a card on your dashboard.
• They may include a countdown timer if there is a deadline.
• Click the action button to learn more or take advantage of an offer.
• Click the dismiss button (X) to hide the announcement.
• Announcements may be targeted to specific user groups based on plan level, role, or experience.

Promotional Offers

Occasionally, you may see special promotional offers on your dashboard. These might include:

• Free report credits.
• Discounts on membership plans.
• Bonus Karma points.

How to Claim an Offer

1. Look for the promotional banner on your dashboard.
2. Click the Claim button.
3. The reward is added to your account immediately.
4. The banner will update to show a success message.
