How the AI Trading Bot Works
Overview
The AI Trading Bot uses Human Design transit data to generate trading signals. It analyses planetary movements through the gates and channels of the Bodygraph to identify potential market-moving patterns.
Signal Generation
The system monitors four types of Human Design events:
Gate Transitions
When a planet enters or exits a gate, it can trigger a signal. The system tracks all major planets and their movements through the 64 gates.
Channel Activations
When two gates connect to form a complete channel, it creates a stronger energetic event. These activations often produce higher-confidence signals.
Retrograde Periods
Planetary retrogrades (when a planet appears to move backward) are significant in Human Design. The system generates signals when planets go retrograde or turn direct.
Moon Phases
New moons, full moons, and other lunar events create cyclical patterns that the system uses to time entries and exits.
Signal Properties
- Direction – Bullish (buy), Bearish (sell), or Neutral (hold).
- Strength – A score from 0 to 100% based on the intensity and confluence of transits.
- Timeframe – How long the signal is expected to be relevant.
From Signal to Trade
When a bot is active, it evaluates each signal against its configuration:
- Signal is generated from transit data.
- Bot checks if the signal matches its configured signal types.
- Bot checks if the signal strength exceeds its minimum threshold.
- Bot calculates position size based on risk parameters.
- Trade is executed on the connected exchange.
- Bot monitors the position and exits based on stop loss, take profit, or a reversal signal.
Performance Tracking
The Performance Dashboard shows:
- Win Rate – Percentage of profitable trades.
- Profit & Loss – Total returns.
- Profit Factor – Ratio of gross profit to gross loss.
- Max Drawdown – Largest peak-to-trough decline.
