How to cancel my membership?

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

How to cancel

1. Sign in to app.humandesign.ai.
2. Click your profile picture or initials in the top right corner.
3. Select Account from the menu.
4. Go to the Billing tab.
5. Click Manage Subscription. This opens the Stripe customer portal.
6. In the portal, click Cancel plan and confirm.

What happens after cancellation

• Your Pro access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• After that date your account reverts to the free plan. Your charts, reports, and data are not deleted.
• Any unused AI credit balance (from manual top-ups) carries over indefinitely. The monthly Pro allowance (US$25) stops accruing when your subscription ends.
