Creating and Managing Your Brand Voice
Your Brand Voice tells the AI how to sound when it writes your reports or generating content.
A clear Brand Voice helps every report and hd.report link feel like it belongs to your business, not a generic platform.
What Is a Brand Voice?
A Brand Voice is a saved profile that describes:
- How you like to speak (tone and energy).
- Who you are speaking to (target audience).
- What style you prefer (formal vs casual, story‑based vs direct, etc.).
When you select a Brand Voice for a report, the AI uses that description to shape
every paragraph it writes.
How to Create a New Brand Voice
- Log in to your account.
- Open the Brand Voice or My Brand Voices section
from your navigation menu. - Click Create New Brand Voice.
- Fill in the fields, for example:
- Name: A clear label (e.g. “Warm Coach Voice”, “Corporate Mentor Voice”).
- Description / Summary: A few sentences about how you want the AI to speak.
- Tone of Voice: Warm, encouraging, direct, playful, spiritual, etc.
- Target Audience: Beginners, advanced students, busy professionals, etc.
- Click Save to store your Brand Voice.
You can come back later and adjust any of these fields if your style evolves.
Editing an Existing Brand Voice
To update a Brand Voice:
- Go to My Brand Voices.
- Click on the Brand Voice you want to edit.
- Update the description, tone, or audience details as needed.
- Save your changes.
New reports created after you edit a Brand Voice will use the updated style.
Existing reports will keep the wording they already have unless you regenerate sections.
Using Multiple Brand Voices
You can create more than one Brand Voice to match different offers or audiences, for example:
- One voice for 1:1 coaching clients (warm, intimate, supportive).
- Another for business or career readings (direct, strategic, practical).
- A separate voice for courses and group programs (educational, motivating).
When you configure a report, simply pick the Brand Voice that best matches the person or
context you are writing for.
