Personalizing Content with Charts and Brand Voices

One of the biggest strengths of the Content Generator is that it can use specific Human Design charts and your Brand Voice to produce content that feels both accurate and uniquely “you.” This article explains how to use those options.


Using a Chart for Personalized Content

When you create content, you will see an optional Chart Selection field.
This lets the AI pull key details from a specific chart.

What the AI can use from the chart:

  • Type
  • Inner Authority
  • Profile
  • Strategy

When to select a chart:

  • Creating content for a specific client (email summary, session notes, or report‑style content).
  • Writing educational posts about one person’s design (for example, a case study).
  • Generating affirmations, notes, or marketing content tailored to a particular chart.

When to leave it blank:

  • General Human Design education (for all Types or broad audiences).
  • Marketing posts that are not tied to one individual.
  • Course materials that should apply to many people.

How to select a chart:

  1. In the Content Generator Create screen, find the Chart dropdown or selector.
  2. Choose a chart from your saved charts list (for example “My Chart”, “Client – Sarah”).
  3. If you don’t want to use a chart, choose None or leave it unselected.

Applying a Brand Voice

Brand Voices are a Pro feature that tell the AI how to sound when it writes for you.
The Content Generator can use these voices to keep your style consistent across all content.

A Brand Voice can include:

  • A name (for example “Calm Coaching Voice”, “Business Mentor Voice”).
  • A description of your tone and style.
  • Voice characteristics (e.g. “warm, direct, pragmatic, spiritual”).
  • Sample content to emulate.

How to set up Brand Voices (once):

  1. Go to your Brand Voices section (Pro only).
  2. Create a new Brand Voice.
  3. Fill in the description, tone, and sample content.
  4. Save it.

How to use a Brand Voice in the Content Generator:

  1. In the Content Generator Create screen, find the Brand Voice dropdown.
  2. Select one of your saved voices (for example “Calm Coaching Voice”).
  3. Continue filling out topic, language, length, and other fields.
  4. Generate the content.

The AI will now match your voice’s tone, style, and personality as closely as possible,
across social posts, emails, articles, and more.


Combining Charts + Brand Voice

You can use both a chart and a Brand Voice at the same time:

  • The chart makes the content personally accurate to that person’s design.
  • The Brand Voice makes the content sound like you (your brand or practice).

Example uses:

  • Client session notes written in your brand voice, tailored to their Type, Authority, and Profile.
  • A personalized email sequence for a client, sounding like you, based on their chart mechanics.
  • Instagram posts sharing “Client Story: [Type/Authority]” in your signature teaching style.

Tips for Best Results

  • Be specific in your topic and additional context so the AI knows what to focus on.
  • Use Brand Voice for all external content (social, email, marketing) to keep a consistent tone.
  • Use chart selection primarily for client‑facing or highly personalized content, not for generic education.
  • Edit the output lightly to add your own stories and personal touches.

Over time, you will develop a feel for which combinations of chart + voice + content type
produce the strongest results for your audience.
