Creating Embed Forms

Overview

Embed forms let you collect Human Design chart data from visitors on your website. When someone fills out the form, their data is automatically added to your CRM as a new lead.

Creating a New Embed Form

1. Go to CRM → Embed Forms tab.
2. Click Create New Form.
3. Configure the form settings (name, fields, styling).
4. Save the form.

Getting the Embed Code

After creating a form, click Get Embed Code to see options for embedding on your website. The Embed Code Generator supports three formats:

HTML (Static Sites)

Copy the HTML snippet and paste it into your website’s code. This works on any static HTML site or page builder.

React (React Apps)

Copy the React component code to integrate the form into a React application.

WordPress (Shortcode)

Copy the WordPress shortcode and paste it into any page or post. You can also install our WordPress plugin for enhanced integration.

Additional Options

• Direct Link – Get a standalone URL for the form that you can share directly.
• Custom Height – Configure the form height to match your website’s layout.
• Copy to Clipboard – One-click copy for any embed format.

What Happens When Someone Fills Out the Form

1. The visitor enters their birth details (name, date, time, location).
2. Their Human Design chart is generated automatically.
3. A new lead is created in your CRM with their chart data.
4. You receive a notification (if enabled).
5. If webhooks are configured, the data is also sent to your webhook URL.
