Getting Started with CRM

Overview
The CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system is a Pro feature that helps you manage leads, track client interactions, and grow your Human Design practice. Leads are collected from your embed forms, booking requests, and manual entry.
Accessing the CRM
- Log in with a Pro account.
- Navigate to CRM from the main sidebar navigation.
Dashboard Overview
The CRM dashboard shows key statistics at the top:
- Total Leads – All leads in your CRM.
- New Leads – Leads added recently.
- Conversion Rate – Percentage of leads that converted to clients.
- Total Value – Combined value of your leads.
View Modes
You can view your leads in three different layouts:
- Table View – Spreadsheet-style with sortable columns.
- Card View – Visual cards with key lead information.
- List View – Compact list format.
Lead Status Pipeline
Track each lead’s status through the pipeline:
- New – Just submitted a form or booking request.
- Contacted – You have reached out to the lead.
- Qualified – Confirmed interest in your services.
- Converted – Became a paying client.
- Archived – No longer active.
Lead Details
Click on any lead to open the Lead Detail Modal which shows:
- Contact information (name, email).
- Human Design chart data (type, profile, authority) if they submitted their birth details.
- Submission data from embed forms.
- Notes and activity history.
- Bodygraph visualisation of their chart.
Bulk Actions
Select multiple leads using the checkboxes and perform bulk actions like changing status or deleting leads.
Search & Filter
Use the search bar to find leads by name or email. Filter by status to focus on specific pipeline stages.
