How to Use the Booking System

Overview

The Booking System lets clients request sessions with Human Design professionals directly through the platform. Professionals can manage their availability and respond to booking requests from their dashboard.

For Clients: Requesting a Booking

  1. Visit a professional’s profile page.
  2. Click Book a Session or Request Booking.
  3. Fill out the booking request form:
  • Select a service (if the professional offers multiple).
  • Write a message describing what you are looking for.
  1. Submit the request. The professional will be notified and can accept or decline.

For Professionals: Managing Bookings

Setting Up Availability

  1. Go to your Profile Settings.
  2. Navigate to the Professional Settings section.
  3. Configure your availability: days, times, session formats (online, in-person), and pricing.
  4. Add the services you offer with descriptions and pricing.

Responding to Requests

  1. You will receive a notification when someone requests a booking.
  2. Go to your Bookings section to view pending requests.
  3. Review the request details and the client’s message.
  4. Click Accept or Decline.

Booking Status

  • Pending – Awaiting your response.
  • Accepted – You agreed to the session.
  • Declined – You declined the request.

CRM Integration

Booking requests are automatically tracked in your CRM as leads, so you can follow up and manage the client relationship from one place.
