Managing leads in the CRM

Learn how to view, search, filter, and manage leads collected from your embed forms.
Viewing Leads
The Leads tab displays all leads collected from your embed forms. You have two viewing options:
Card View
Card view displays leads in a grid layout with key information visible at a glance:
- Lead name and email
- Phone number (if provided)
- Birth date and location
- Status badge
- Quick action buttons
Row View
Row view displays leads in a compact list format, showing more leads per screen:
- All contact information in one line
- Birth information
- Status badge
- Action buttons
Toggle View Mode
Use the layout toggle buttons (card/row icons) in the top right of the Leads section to switch between views.

Searching Leads
Step 1: Use the Search Box
Type in the search box at the top of the Leads section.

Step 2: Search by Name or Email
The search will filter leads matching the name or email address you type.

Delete the search text to see all leads again.

Filtering by Status
Use the status dropdown to filter leads by their current status:
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| New | Newly captured lead (default status) |
| Contacted | Lead has been contacted |
| Qualified | Lead has been qualified as a potential customer |
| Converted | Lead has become a customer |
| Archived | Lead is archived (no longer active) |

Step 1: Click the Eye Icon
On any lead card or row, click the eye icon to view detailed information.

Step 2: View Lead Modal
A modal will open showing comprehensive lead information:

- Contact Information: Name, email, phone, source
- Birth Data: Date, time, location, timezone
- Human Design Chart: Complete chart visualization
- Chart Properties: Type, Profile, Strategy, Authority, Incarnation Cross
- Submission Details: Source URL, referrer, submission date
- Form Information: Which form generated this lead
- Webhook Status: Whether webhook was configured
Understanding Lead Information
Contact Information
- Name: Full name provided in the form
- Email: Email address (required for lead capture)
- Phone: Phone number (if provided)
- Source: The embed form that generated this lead
Birth Information
- Birth Date: Date of birth
- Birth Time: Time of birth (if provided)
- Birth Location: City and country of birth
- Timezone: Timezone used for chart calculation
Human Design Chart
Each lead has a complete Human Design chart that includes:
- BodyGraph visualization
- Planetary positions (Design and Personality)
- Chart properties (Type, Profile, Strategy, Authority)
- Incarnation Cross

Best Practices for Lead Management
- Regular Follow-up: Check your CRM regularly and follow up with new leads promptly
- Update Statuses: Keep lead statuses up to date to track your sales pipeline
