How to Configure Your AI Human Design Report (Topic, Depth & Sections)

Professional FeaturesUpdated Mar 13, 20262 min read

The configuration step controls both the outcome of your report and the estimated cost. Topic, depth, sections, and report model all shape what the AI produces.

Choose the topic

The topic tells the report generator what lens to use. A relationship report, profile report, or business-oriented report can lead to very different output even when they are based on the same chart.

Choose the depth

Depth changes how much detail the report aims to produce. Deeper reports typically create more text and a higher estimate.

Choose the sections

Each selected section adds more material to the report. More sections usually means a higher estimated cost because the system has to generate more content.

Use Advanced options for model choice

Advanced options let you choose the report model. This is important because the selected model affects both the report’s voice and level of detail and the estimated cost shown before generation.

Review the estimated cost

The estimate is shown in dollars and reflects the report setup you have chosen. It is a shared usage-balance estimate, not a report-credit count.

Need more balance?

If the estimate is higher than your available balance, open the Usage page to top up or enable auto-reload. You can also review How the Usage page works, Usage balance FAQ, and Why we moved from report credits to usage balance.
