How to share a report using a hd.report Link

Once you have generated an AI report, you can share it with your client using an unbranded white‑label hd.report link. This article shows you how to find the link and send it safely.


Step 1 – Generate and Complete the Report

  1. Create a report as usual:
    • Select your client’s chart.
    • Configure topic, depth, sections, language, and Brand Voice.
    • Click Generate Report.
  2. Wait until the report status changes to Completed. You will see:
    • All sections marked as finished.
    • The progress bar at 100%.

You can lightly edit any sections before sharing if you want to personalise the content further.


Step 2 – Open the Share Panel

  1. Open the report from your “My Reports” area or dashboard.
  2. At the top of the report page, look for the Share button
    (often next to “Save as PDF” and “Delete”).
  3. Click Share to open the sharing window.

This panel will show your unique hd.report link for that specific report.


Step 3 – Copy and Send the hd.report Link

Inside the Share panel, you will usually see:

  • A text box with a URL like https://hd.report/your-report-id.
  • A Copy Link button.
  1. Click Copy Link.
  2. Paste the link into:
    • Your email to the client.
    • Your client portal or booking system.
    • A message in WhatsApp, Messenger, or another chat app.

When your client opens that link, they will see a read‑only version of their report in a
clean, white‑label viewer.


Step 4 – Explaining the Link to Your Clients

To help clients feel comfortable, you can add a short explanation when you send the link, for example:

  • “Here is your Human Design report. Just click the link to read it online.”
  • “You can open this on your phone, tablet, or computer. No login is required.”
  • “You’re welcome to download or print it for your own records.” (if applicable)

Can I Disable or Change a Shared Link?

The link is tied directly to that specific report. If you need to revoke or change what
a client sees, you generally have two options:

  • Edit the report content (the link will show the updated version), or
  • Delete the report (the link will no longer show a valid report).
