If you are already in the app, you can reset it by clicking the reset link below:
(Warning: hitting reset will log you out and clear all app caches completely. You will need to login again.)
Important Notes:
- The reset functionality only works within the iOS or Android app.
- If you try to click it within the Next Help app or any web-based environment, it will not work.
When Should You Reset the App?

- You are unable to log in despite using the correct credentials.
