How to Block Unwanted Messages

Overview
If you are receiving unwanted messages from another user, you can block them to prevent further contact.
How to Block a User
- Open the conversation with the user you want to block.
- Click the three-dot menu or options button in the conversation header.
- Select Block User.
- Confirm the action.
What Happens When You Block Someone
- They will no longer be able to send you messages.
- Their existing messages remain in your conversation history but no new messages will appear.
- They will not be notified that you blocked them.
Unblocking a User
If you change your mind, you can unblock a user from the same conversation menu or from your privacy settings.
Reporting Abuse
If you receive abusive or inappropriate messages, please report them to our support team:
- Click the Help button in the app.
- Select Contact Us → Submit a Ticket.
- Describe the issue and include any relevant details.
