Bella does not seem to recognize my charts..

From time to time, Bella may not recognize your chart. This is usually a temporary issue that occurs while our developers are modifying the code that gives Bella context. Rest assured, these situations are rare and typically resolved quickly.

Why Does This Happen?

Occasionally, during updates or code adjustments, Bella may temporarily lose access to the chart context. While this may cause her to appear unresponsive to your chart, the issue is generally fixed within a short period.

What Should I Do?

1. Wait a little while, as these issues are often resolved automatically by our development team.
2. If the issue persists, let us know right away by doing one of the following:
   • Report a Bug: Use the “Report a Bug” feature available on the platform.
   • Send an Email: Contact us at support@humandesign.ai.
