Account ManagementUpdated Jun 19, 20262 min read

Note: The one-time chart import from the legacy platform is now complete. If you still need to migrate old charts, please contact support.

Prerequisites

  • You must be logged into your account on the new v3 system
  • You must have had charts in the previous WordPress-based system
  • Your email address must match between both systems

Step-by-Step Import Process

  1. Navigate to Your Library:Go to the Library section in your account dashboard.
  2. Access the Sync Tool:Click on the Tools dropdown button in the top-right corner of the Library page.
  3. Start the Sync Process:Select Sync Charts from the dropdown menu. This will open the sync progress modal.
  4. Monitor the Progress:The system will:
    • Connect to the legacy WordPress system
    • Retrieve a list of your charts that haven’t been imported yet
    • Display the total number of charts found for import
    • Import each chart one by one (newest first)
  5. Review Import Results:The progress modal will show:
    • A progress bar showing completion status
    • Current chart being imported
    • Number of successfully imported charts
    • Number of failed imports (if any)
    • Error details for any failed imports
  6. Handle Errors (if any):If some charts fail to import, common reasons include:
    • Rate limiting from the legacy system
    • Invalid or corrupted chart data
    • Network connectivity issues

You can retry the sync process to attempt importing failed charts again.

  7. Verify Your Charts:After the sync completes, your imported charts will appear in your Library. Each chart will maintain:
    • Original name and birth information
    • Complete Human Design chart data
    • All calculated properties (Type, Strategy, Authority, etc.)

Important Notes

Troubleshooting

If you don’t see any charts to import:

  • Verify you’re logged in with the same email address used in the legacy system
  • Ensure you had charts saved in the previous WordPress-based system
  • Check that your charts haven’t already been imported

If the sync fails completely:

  • Check your internet connection
  • Wait a few minutes and try again (may be temporary server issues)
  • Contact support if the problem persists

After Import Completion

Once your charts are successfully imported:

  • You can view, edit, and share them just like any new chart
  • All imported charts will be available for generating reports
  • You can create new charts directly in the v3 system going forward
  • The legacy system data remains unchanged as a backup
