Bella Gave Me the Wrong Information?
Bella is highly accurate – around 98-99% when reading Bodygraph data – but no AI system is flawless. If an answer looks wrong, here is how to get back on track.
First, Check the Basics
- Verify the birth data – Even a small change in birth time can change the chart. Open the chart and confirm the date, time, and place are correct.
- Check which chart Bella is reading – Bella answers about the chart you have open. If you are asking about someone else, open their chart or tag it with the @ mention feature.
- Rephrase the question – Add specifics such as a gate number, a channel, or the decision you are facing. More context produces more precise answers.
Flag the Answer
Use the thumbs down button on the message. Flagged responses are reviewed by our team and used to improve Bella’s prompts and how chart data is presented to the AI models.
Try a Deeper Model
Different AI models have different strengths, and the same question can land differently on each. For complex or nuanced questions, switch to Claude Sonnet 5 or Claude Opus 5 from the model selector – see How to Choose Which AI Model Bella Uses in Chat.
Give Bella More Context
Add Chart Context notes about your life situation, and let Bella Memory carry important details across sessions. The more relevant context Bella has, the more accurate and specific her answers become.
