My Chat History Seems to Have Disappeared!
Overview
If your conversations with Bella seem to have disappeared, don’t panic. Here are some common causes and solutions.
Common Causes
1. You Are in a New Session
Conversations are organised into sessions. If a new session was created, your previous messages will be in an older session. Check the session sidebar on the left to find your past sessions.
2. You Are Viewing a Different Chart
Sessions are tied to specific charts. If you switched from your main chart to a library chart (or vice versa), the sessions from the other chart won’t appear. Switch back to the correct chart to see those sessions.
3. Sessions Were Archived
If sessions were archived, they won’t show in the active list. Toggle the Archive view at the bottom of the session sidebar to check.
4. Browser Cache Issues
Sometimes a stale browser cache can cause display issues. Try:
- Refreshing the page (Ctrl+R or Cmd+R).
- Clearing your browser cache.
- Logging out and logging back in.

- Click the Help button in the app.
- Go to Contact → Submit a Ticket.
- Describe the issue and include any relevant details (approximate date, chart name, etc.).
